Selling Your In-Game Currencies: New Procedures Friday, 16 January, 2009 | | Dear Sellers,
Kindly take note that we will be changing our procedures for all buyback orders.
Guidelines
1) Selling: When your buyback order is placed and a Face-to-Face delivery is required, we will contact the customer to arrange for delivery. Should the customer be unable to get online, we will notify you when the customer will be able to get online.
2) Trading: Once customer is online, we will show the Receiving Character in your buyback order. Please kindly confirm the Character we show in your order, invite our Character into party and complete the trade process.
3) Screenshots: Sellers are required to take the necessary screenshots (before/after trade, trade logs) and submit them to support.cn@offgamers.com. Once the customer has confirmed the receipt of goods, payment for your buyback order will be processed.
4) In-Game Mail: Game currencies that are delivered through in game mail system are to be delivered once the character name is provided and the required before/after screenshots submitted to support.cn@offgamers.com.

There have been users receiving emails about OffGamers giving away the Reins of the Swift Spectral Tiger in exchange for gold.Do not fall for this scam.Some spammers launch e-mail campaigns that look like messages sent by www.OffGamers.com
We, as well as other respected names, are the victims of spammers who are forging/faking/spoofing our email addresses. Such acts are beyond our control and it is to our regrets that we are unable to stop it.
OffGamers has never and will not participate in such acts, as it is an misrepresentation of our good name and good will to our customers. We strongly oppose the act of "spamming" and sending unsolicited commercial emails.
What is E-mail Spoofing? (Faking or Forging)
"E-mail Spoofing" is the latest nasty trend in spam, it is the practice used by many spammers to falsify the header information in their e-mail advertisements. By changing the header information someone can make the email appear to come from whoever they choose.
Hackers are now routinely stealing the e-mail or website identities of many people on the Web, and using them to send millions of pieces of junk advertising or offending e-mails.
The average person on the Internet doesn't yet understand what's happening here, and many legitimate companies are obviously being victimized.
How You Can Help Us - Handling Spam Spoofers
If you ever receive such spam-mails that look like messages sent by www.OffGamers.com, please do this:
1. Report the "spoofed www.OffGamers.com e-mail" to us at postmaster@offgamers.com› Send the original spoofed e-mail as an attachment. (See the "send" menu of your e-mail program)
