GlobalCollect has been known to act up on occasions on OffGamers, customers who do encounter failed transactions using credit cards via GlobalCollect are encouraged to follow the steps listed here.
Meanwhile customers are still able to checkout using their credit cards via Paypal and Moneybookers.
Maestro Card Users:Due to the complications Globalcollect is currently facing with the processing of payments made via Maestro Card, we have reactivated the option for you to make payments with your Maestro Card via RBS WorldPay. After successful payment, you will receive email confirming that the order is completed and a link to your order history page.
1) Click on the link and login to your OffGamers account.
2) Click on the order number, to view your order details.
3) Scroll to the bottom and click on “Show Code”.
Note: Our customer support will call and verify if this is your first purchase. Codes ordered are viewable under the Order History section of your OffGamers member's account.
