| Power-Leveling Terms of Service |

The services rendered are subjected to these Terms of Service with exclusion of any other terms and conditions stipulated or referred to by the Customer. The Customer acknowledges that she/he is aware of the contents of and agrees to be bound by these Terms of Service.
General Power-Leveling Disclaimer:
- Your account will be safe with us as we take data security very
seriously. We use encryption, firewalls and other technology and security
procedures to help protect the accuracy and security of your personal
information and prevent unauthorized access or improper use. For example,
you will note that while using some features of the OffGamers' web site you
will need to submit a password or some other type of authenticating
information.
- We will not change the password to your account. Please kindly do not
log into your account at any circumstances. If you need to check on the
progress of your character, you can do that from another account or
simply contact us and we will be more than glad to check that out for you.
You can also log into your account with OffGamers and check the updated
profiler report
- Gold accumulated throughout the leveling process will be left in your character's
inventory. Non-upgradeable items will be vendored or auctioned off to
fund the leveling process. As a general rule, loot distribution works
exactly like how it would with any group you play with. Should an
upgrade drops, your character will have first dips or roll if there are
multiple needs. Often when power-leveling, your character will be
grouped with other levelers. In event of a greed drop, the item will be
sold for gold and the profit shared amongst the group.
- You understand that by requesting play-time during the power-leveling
process will extend the duration of the power-leveling service and
compensation requests for late completion or refund for levels gained during
your play-time will not be entertained.
General Power-Leveling Terms of Service:
- The leveler will conduct him/herself in a professional way and follow a
strict conduct and communication policy.
- Your character will not be used to steal, harass, grief or involve
itself in anything improper that will tarnish the reputation of your
character.
- Screen shots of your character and bank are taken before and after a
power-leveling service for quality assurance purposes. Should you
retrieve your account before screen shots are taken, we are unable to
entertain any complaints.
- You understand that by requesting play-time during the
power-leveling process will extend the duration of the power-leveling
service and compensation requests for late completion or refund for
levels gained during your play-time will not be entertained.
- All Power-Leveling Sales are private and confidential. Power-Leveling
packages ordered is as it is and additional requests might be fulfilled
however there are no promises. Estimated Time of Delivery (ETA) is
just an estimation, if the ETA can't be met, most of the time we will
level till we reach the desired level without any extra charges.
- All sales are final and should there be a midway termination request,
we will usually cancel and partially refund you on the remaining
unfinished levels which sometimes includes overhead charges for
processing fees.
- We strongly suggest our customer power level a brand new account to
avoid any unpredictable accidental incidents to existing accounts. Should
an existing account be leveled, we uphold our own integrity of not and will
never access your other characters besides the main character that is being
power leveled and we will only be responsible for the main character's well being.
- Should an existing account be leveled, please provide ample slots for our levelers to store items gained throughout the leveling process as we need a lot of space for us to store items that is useful for the leveling.
- Should an existing account be leveled, customer is fully responsible for their existing character's belongings and we will not be liable should there be any issues. However, we will work our best to take care of your account and see it safely through the leveling process.
- Do not access your account -or- retrieve your password -or- log into the game while we are leveling your account to avoid unnecessary issues that might arise due to multiple logging in patterns.
If there is a need to log into your account, contact us and we will guide you through the correct process.
- We will not and never will use programs or macros that will put your account at risk while we are leveling your account. All accounts are leveled by well trained professionals who are reliable, trust worthy and efficient. We will never misuse your character for our own interest while your account is with us. We will treat every account with honor and integrity while leveling and will never degrade or dishonor your character. We will minimize all communications so as not to attract unnecessary attentions while leveling your character.
- All items, equipments, talents and ingame currencies will not be tampered with as long as it doesn't interfere with the leveling process. All drops and items gain during leveling process will remain in the account. We will take full control of your character's leveling pattern and we will bear no responsibilities to the changes made unless instructed before hand.
- Under certain circumstances, our levellers will be prompted to respec the talents of your character to aid in the progress of leveling. We will only do so if the respec of talents will speed up the order. We will also make sure that the costs to respec your talents during the leveling process are reimbursed to you.
- We promised that orders will be delivered in the soonest time possible. However, delays do happen under very rare circumstances due to reasons beyond our control (for example: server maintenance and servers down time) under these circumstances, we will usually continue leveling your account till we reached the desired results at no extra charges.
- Logging into your account and accessing your account while your account is being power leveled will surely delay the delivery date and we will not be held liable for the late delivery. If password is retrieved and there is no reply within a set time frame from customers, the order will be deem as completed and delivered (partial refunds might be included for orders that doesn't fit our delivery standards).
- Once your order is done, we will send you a confirmation email together with the password to your account and it is your responsibility to change the password to your account.
- We promised our customers 100% satisfaction on our power leveling services. Should there be any unsatisfactory issues, you are welcomed to talk to us and we will work our best to fix it to your satisfaction. All issues should be addressed to us within a 24 hours time frame from the date and time of delivery else all delivered orders will be deem as accepted with complete satisfaction. All issues should be submitted together with proves of a before/after/present screenshots and emailed to support@offgamers.com to speed up the process. Do understand that without such information, we wouldn't be able to investigate into the issue and we might not be able to cater to your satisfactions.
- You are welcomed to leave positive or negative remarks as OffGamers always strive to provide the best service to our customers. Your Satisfaction is Our Motivation. Happy Gaming.
PvP / Honor Power-Leveling Terms of Service:
- All PvP power-leveling orders are subjected to a two-day testing period
to determine the success rate of the order.
- The estimate time of completion is as it says, just an estimation
based on research and experience we have had. The duration largely
depend on several factors:
- Realm population.
- Faction balance.
- Battleground queue times.
- Server maintenance/downtime.
- We will join raids to maximize honor gained.
- The leveler will follow a strict conduct and communication policy in and
out of battlegrounds.
Acceptance of Services or 'Merchandise':
Unless the Customer notifies OffGamers to the contrary on the day of delivery and such notification is confirmed by email, the Services or 'Merchandise' shall be deemed to have been accepted by the Customer as being in good condition and accordance with the Contract and The Customer shall not be entitled to withhold payment of all or any of the price of the order.
