How do I print out my OffGamers Receipt?
Step 1. Log into your OffGamers account. Not a member yet? Sign up now!
Step 2. Click on 'View Order History'.
Step 3. Locate the order and click on 'View'.
Step 4. Before printing, make sure of the following (example given below):(I) Make sure the date of the order is 18th March 2008 onwards.
(II) The order total must be RM100.00 (USD32.00) or above.
(III) Make sure that the order consists of GE products.
(IV) ALL soft-pins purchased must be shown clearly in the printout. 
Step 5. Attend the ACGC 2008 this weekend and redeem your prize! Stocks are limited and on a first-come first-serve basis! |
Selling Your In-Game Currencies: New Procedure Tuesday, 18 March, 2008 | | Dear Sellers,
Kindly take note that we will be changing our procedures for all buyback orders. All sellers will now be transferring their in-game currencies directly to our customers.
Guidelines
1) Selling: When your buyback order is placed and a Face-to-Face delivery is required, we will contact the customer to arrange for delivery. Should the customer be unable to get online, we will notify you when the customer will be able to get online.
2) Trading: Once customer is online, we will provide the required PIN codes and character names for the seller and buyer to identify each other and complete the trade process.
3) Screenshots: Sellers are required to take the necessary screenshots (before/after trade, trade logs) and submit them to buyback@offgamers.com. Once the customer has confirmed the receipt of goods, payment for your buyback order will be processed.
4) In-Game Mail: Game currencies that are delivered through in game mail system are to be delivered once the character name is provided and the required before/after screenshots submitted to buyback@offgamers.com.
