› How do i edit my account information ?
You can edit your personal information in the edit information and edit address sections, once you have signed in to your OffGamers account.
› How do i change my password ?
To change your OffGamers password, click on 'edit information' after you have logged in. Please use a secure password because your OffGamers account contains personal and sensitive information.
› How do i change my OffGamers e-mail address ?
To change your registered email at OffGamers, click on edit information after you have logged in. Please make sure that your new email address is valid. All new emails will be sent to the address and remember that your new email address will be your login to OffGamers.
› How do i check the status of my order ?
Simply login to your order history page and click on view to keep track of the status of your order. All communication remarks will be updated into this area.
