GlobalCollect has been known to act up on occasions on OffGamers, customers who do encounter failed transactions using credit cards via GlobalCollect are encouraged to follow the steps listed here.
Meanwhile customers are still able to checkout using their credit cards via Paypal and Moneybookers.
Maestro Card Users:
Due to the complications Globalcollect is currently facing with the processing of payments made via Maestro Card, we have reactivated the option for you to
make payments with your Maestro Card via RBS WorldPay. Please also feel free to explore the
many other payment methods available on our website.
