Dota 2 VR Spectator Mode Is How You Should Dota

Valve is making the push for VR with HTC Vive by releasing montages of demos and games that shows off its capabilities. One particular feature that stood out among all the demos and games is a VR spectator mode that’s currently in development for Dota 2.

You can watch the full demo over at the SteamVR page (or you can watch the clip above just for the spectator mode) running on the HTC Vive, which, based on the clip looks to be quite the engaging experience.

No launch date has been officially announced by Valve or whether it will come to other headset but if you’re a Dota fan who is interested in getting the HTC Vive, this could be the feature for you.
