Fallout 4 Will Be Available For Preloading

Fallout 4 is just around the corner and Bethesda has dropped some delightful news for gamers waiting for November 10th to come. Those that purchase Fallout 4 via digital channels will now be able to preload the game onto their platform of choice, in preparation for the game’s release.

Following an announcement on their official twitter account, Bethesda has confirmed that customers that preordered the game will be able to preload on either PC, Playstation 4, or Xbox One, ahead of the game’s release date. Once the release day reaches, gamers can then access the game and begin their adventures on the wasteland.

Following the announcement, Pete Hines, Bethesda’s vice president of PR and marketing reconfirmed the announcement and clarified that the preload will be available a few days earlier from release, stating the following in his tweet, “We will offer preloading for Fallout 4 on PC, Xbox One, and Playstation 4. Exact day/time TBA. All should be available a few days earlier.”

As for the size of the game itself, it ranges depending on which platform you intend to play on. Currently, the PC version lists out that 30GB of free space is needed for installation while console gamers are still in the unknown, but will probably range from 28 – 35GB of free space, depending on which territory and whether it includes language packs.

Fallout 4 is one of the most anticipated games for 2015. It was recently certified gold, meaning that it’s ready to ship, and will come to Playstation 4, Xbox One, and PC with a release date of November 10th.
