Free Games Galore On October For Playstation Plus User

Every month, Sony rewards its loyal Playstation Plus users with a slew of games that they can download for free. The games are often mixed between Playstation 4, Playstation 3, and Playstation Vita titles. This month’s Playstation Plus Free Games are worth checking out. Broken Age

From the creator of Grim Fandango, Tim Schafer and his cohorts at Double Fine brings back the point-and-click adventures of yesteryear with Broken Age. Broken Age tells the story of Vella Tartine and Shay Volta as they undergo their coming-of-age story and face the challenges that lie ahead.

With beautifully hand-painted 2D worlds and accompanied by the stellar voices of Elijah Wood, Jennifer Hale and Jack Black, Broken Age, is a wonderful journey that gamers must experience.

Super Meat Boy

The twitch-based platformer has finally come to Playstation! From the guys at Team Meat, Super Meat Boy puts you in the shoes of Meat Boy, as he tries to rescue his girlfriend, Bandage Girl, from the clutches of the evil Dr.Fetus.

Traverse across 300 levels that will test your skills (and patience) by avoiding crumbling blocks, deadly saw blades and plenty of other fatal traps and obstacles. With gameplay that requires skilled coordination and split-second timing, Super Meat Boy is not for the faint of heart.

Unmechanical: Extended Edition

Follow the adventures of a lone robot, stuck in an underground complex, surrounded by a world of flesh, rock, and steel. Unmechanical is an adventure game that combines puzzle-solving, deep exploration, in an engrossing atmosphere. The game is easy to pick up and is fun to play, but gamers looking for a challenge can look forward to some tough challenges that will test your logic, memory, and wits.

Alongside the games mentioned, October’s Playstation Plus free games will also include light-hearted co-op platformer Chariot, a side-scrolling adventure with Kung Fu Rabbit, and Kickbeat, a martial arts fighter with rhythm-based mechanics.
