Ghost Recon: Wildlands Gets A Major Crossover With Rainbow Six Siege

Developer Ubisoft will officially release a crossover event on July 24 in its tactical shooter Ghost Recon: Wildlands which will feature content relating to its other shooter game, Rainbow Six Siege.

The company is offering Rainbow Six content through Special Operations 2 update. Rainbow Six Siege and Ghost Recon Wildlands crossover is happening through Operation Archangel, a brand new mission that’s being released as part of Wildlands’ Special Operation 2.

Beginning tomorrow, players can access Rainbow Six Siege content in both the main Wildlands campaign, as well as the Ghost War PvP mode. A PvE mission in Caimanes known as Operation Archangel and two new classes will be available when the update goes live. As usual, the mission is playable with up to four players.

Players will have the chance to earn the Caveira gloves if they’re able to complete Operation Archangel before August 14. The gloves will enable players to access to Caviera’s CQC ability, and automatically reveals all enemy positions in the area. The Caveira’s Luison handgun, HK 416 assault rifle, Valkyrie’s shemagh, and Twitch’s skill balaclava will also be available.
