Japanese Marathon Runners Come Out In Style With Costumes

Every year, Tokyo holds it annual Tokyo Marathon whereby more than 36,000 runners participate. Participating in a marathon such as the Tokyo Marathon is often more than enough accomplishment (even more so if you finish or win it).
