Netflix To Produce Original Anime Series With Production I.G.

Production I.G., the studio behind Ghost In The Shell and Attack On Titan, will be producing a Netflix original anime series for the streaming service. The announcement came from a press release on Netflix site where the series title, Perfect Bones was unveiled and will be helmed by Director Kazuto Nakazawa.

Perfect Bones will be a 12-episode series and is set in the future where humanity are searching to create the “perfect human” to achieve universal peace. However, an evil organization kidnaps some of the “perfect human” subjects and plans to use them to achieve their own “new world order”.

While no dates have been announced yet, vice president Erik Barmack assures that the anime will follow Netflix method of releasing all episodes simultaneously.
