YouTuber Rerez brought the NeGcon back to attention when they released a video that takes a look at he racing controller. The clip gives viewers quite a fascinating insight on how game developers worked around the limitations of early gaming peripherals.

With the advent of analogue sticks, experimental controllers like the NeGcon had fallen to the wayside but at least, with YouTubers like Rerez, we can look back at the crazy innovations that game developers concocted during gaming’s early years.
