The Division 2 Beta Signups Exceeded Other Ubisoft’s Games

Ubisoft’s The Division 2 was one of the biggest titles to be shown at the recent E3.

The sequel to the first game, the narrative of the story continues at Washington D.C. where the state is on the brink of collapse and all active Division agents are needed to save the city. Ubisoft revealed The Division 2’s first look trailer and fans were quite excited about it. After the reveal at E3 which includes plenty of details about the highly anticipated game, a beta were announced and fans started registering for the beta soon after.

Ubisoft’s latest earnings report has shown exactly how popular the game has already become. Ubisoft CEO, Yves Guillemot, spoke about the beta registrations have achieved four times higher than other betas they had host in the past and the total sign-ups even topped The Division’s beta in Ubisoft history.

This statistic is a positive sign considering the fact that The Division 2 beta was out a month ago after the game reveal at E3 and this is a good indication of player interest towards the game. At the moment, Ubisoft has not confirmed any dates or specifics about The Division 2 beta.

The beta is open for registration and it is available on PC, Xbox One and PlayStation 4. The Division 2 will officially launch on March 15, 2019.
