Delivery time
Delivery time varies for each game and depending on availability of stock. For games such as World of Warcraft (delivered by in-game mail), delivery will take place as soon as your order passes verification and it is generally faster than other games that need in-game delivery.
We do not hold back on delivery for games that are in stock. If you find that you have waited for your delivery for more than 2 hours, you should first check your email for updates from OffGamers and make sure that you have not placed a pre-order.
Most orders are stuck undelivered because we were not able to contact you. So please do not hesitate to contact our support operators when you have not gotten your delivery.

In-Game Delivery
There are generally 2 modes of delivery for virtual currencies / items that you have bought from us, it's either in-game delivery or offline delivery.
