For security reasons, you will be automatically logged out after 30 minutes of inactivity on the web site. At this time, you would need to re-enter your email address and password in order to access your personal information. You can also sign out by clicking the "sign out" link on the home page or the order confirmation page or clicking the link "Sign in again if the email address is not yours" on the sign in page.

Changing password

To change your OffGamers password, click on 'edit information' after you have logged in. Please use a secure password because your OffGamers account contains personal and sensitive information.

Changing your registered email

To change your registered email at OffGamers, click on 'edit information' after you have logged in. Please make sure that your new email address is valid. All new emails will be sent to the address and remember that your new email address will be your login to OffGamers.

Having trouble signing in?

Emails and Passwords are case sensitive. Please ensure that you have your capslock turned off and lower/uppercase words are entered in the correct order.

Please check your Email and Password for any typing errors.

Is your account activated? Check your OffGamers registered email for the activation code and proceed to our E-mail Address Verification Page. Did not receive the activation code? Have it resent to your registered email.

If your email is correct, and you are still unable to login, proceed to retrieve your password and change it immediately after you have receive the new password.

OffGamers was built on the support we receive from all our loyal customers and we truly appreciate that, as so we will always strive to pass on as much discounts as possible to our valued customers.

• Silver status : enjoys 3% store wide discount
• Gold status : enjoys 5% store wide discount
• Platinum status : enjoys 6% store wide discount

All OffGamers' accounts will be upgraded by the system automatically after meeting certain requirements. We encourage all customers to stick to one OffGamers account, as this will ensure proper documentation of your purchase history, and in result, determines the eligibility of your account for upgrade. OffGamers also offers account merging services should you have more than one OffGamers account. Simply email support@offgamers.com, or contact our Live Support Agents for assistance. Please prepare the following information:

• Email addresses of each OffGamers account
• Which account and the corresponding email address you would like to keep as your main.
