Q: Can I customize my power-leveling from 50-55 instead of 50-60?

Q: Can OffGamers make sure that the leveler ignores chat and not reply to friends and guild mates during the leveling service?
A: We realize that it is our policy for us to keep socializing to a minimum, however, at high levels, it can be quite impossible especially when it comes to the priest or warrior class. Social interactions are often unavoidable due to the fact that it is human nature to socialize. Perhaps it wasn't the best choice, which is why we put out suggestions on how to deal with guild mates and friends prior to a power leveling session. Example, a visiting cousin from Spain will be playing on your character while you are gone. At the same time, we will closely monitor all conversations to minimize negative misconceptions.

Q: Do I need to move all my items for safe-keeping before turning over the account?
A: There is no need, but we do recommend moving any valuables to a friend's account or an alternate account for safe-keeping.

Q: Will I be able to play on my alternate character during the leveling process?
A: Unfortunately no. The game design allows only one connection per session. Logging in will ultimately cut the connection of the other, hence causing an unnecessary delay.

Q: How do I prepare my character for power leveling?
A: The first and most important issue we deal with daily would be interaction with other players. Please read "Communication with other players" above for more information.
Valuables: As stated above, all items are safe. At the same time, we also suggest moving anything of value to you to a different character or different account for safe-keeping.
Let your friends and guild mates know that you will be away and a friend/relative will be playing on your account. You may also choose to put them in your ignore list throughout the course of the power leveling.

Q: Duration of power leveling?
A: The time estimation of each power leveling is and will always be, just an approximation. Several factors may affect the extent of the power leveling service, which as a result, may shorten or extend the course of the service.

Such factors include, but not limited to, server maintenance, long login/battle ground queues, class type, population imbalance for pvp, expired subscriptions, and your play-time. However, we truly understand your rush to have your account back as soon as possible. As such, we are committed to complete your leveling orders at the soonest possible time.

Q: What is the deal on the extra 3 days just for an epic mount purchase?
A: This is an extended service available to any power-leveling orders level 40 or higher. Please note that we will be using your character to farm gold for your mount purchase, thus the extra 3 days.

Q: Loot distribution on all drops?
A: Our policy is to leave whatever gold accumulated throughout the leveling process in your character s inventory. Non-upgradable items will be vendored or auctioned off to fund the leveling process.

As a general rule, loot distribution works exactly like how it would with any group you play with. Should an upgrade drops, your character will have first dips or roll if there are multiple needs. Often when power-leveling, your character will be grouped with other levelers. In event of a greed drop, the item will auctioned off for gold and the profit shared amongst the group.

Q: I would like to play with my account for a few hours, can we arrange it?
A: Often, the account power-leveled may be the only account you have, and if you would like to play with it, please inform us three hours before hand so that we can prepare your account before turning it over to you. This will allow the leveler to complete whatever quest or instance they're running. After all, you wouldn't want your team member to quit in a middle of an instance run.

However, we highly DISCOURAGE such actions because it will very likely trigger flags for having 2 different IP from different regions trying to access the account at the same time and it will cause your account to be suspended.

Lastly, do note that this will greatly affect the duration of the power leveling service and we will not entertain any complaints of lost items or gold lodged after you regain access to your account without notifying us beforehand. We strongly urge our customers to not access or reset the password to an account undergoing powerleveling process and let us do our job and complete the character as soon as possible.

Q: Do you use macros or bots to level?
A: No, we do not, and will never submit to illegal methods of leveling. All power-leveling services will be conducted by experienced and ethical players at a reasonable pace that will not arouse any kind of unwanted suspicions.

Q: Will the power leveler buy me a level 40 mount?
A: If it helps speed up the power leveling process, then yes. However, we cannot guarantee it, and thus we cannot promise a level 40 mount. The decision lies entirely on the leveler. In most cases, power leveling orders from 1 to 60 will come with a free level 40 mount.

Q: Will the power leveler pick up a profession for my character?
A: Depending on the order, if it is a new character (between 1 to 10) and desired ending level is above 20 from starting level, the power lever may take up gathering professions to assist with the training cost.

If the character has existing professions, the power leveler will attempt to make use of whatever is available to assist training costs. The best option is of course to purchase a separate profession leveling package to ensure guaranteed results.

Q: Do you grind or do quest during when power-leveling? Can I make a request for the completion of certain quests?
A: We will do our best to complete all quests needed, however there is no guarantee. Our goal is to have your character leveled in the soonest possible time, and with that, our leveler will use judgments based extensive experience to complete the most rewarding quests or grind mobs to gain maximum experience points earned per hour.

Q: How can you assure that my account will not be suspended/banned by GM as I know GM will ban/roll back accounts if found using a power leveling service.
A: From experience, GM does not ban nor suspend accounts that are being power leveled. However, they will suspend an account if there is a slightest reason to suspect that your account has been compromised through hacking. Often enough, customers will attempt to login to their account while the power leveler is working on it. Having the power leveler on your account, and you attempting to log in from a different IP automatically flags your account. This is a security measure Blizzard implemented to protect your account. Should it happen, you can always contact Blizzard and provide the necessary documents such as game card keys, or credit card billing statements to prove that you are the legit owner of the account. However, cases like these are very rare, and we would like to ask of you to refrain from trying to log into your account during the power leveling session.

Q: Can I request a name for my pet?
A: Often, our leveler will not name the pet. But if you have a request for a certain name to be used, please attach 3 to 4 names by order of preference in the comment box and we will attempt to name it.

Q: Can I choose my mount?
A: Certainly, simply attach your preference in the comment box, or email us at support@offgamers.com. However, do note that the choice of mount type is limited to your character s race.

Q: Can you work on my reputation with X faction?
A: Often, our levelers will skip non-beneficial quests to maximize experience points gained per hour. That said, faction quests are often ignored. For best results, it would be best to purchase a reputation leveling package.

Q: Can I request my character to be specced to a certain talent tree?
A: You may request for us to specc your character to a certain tree of your choice, but do note that we cannot guarantee it, as our job is to power level your character to your desired level as soon as possible. Hence we will use the fastest and most effective talent tree to accomplish the task.

Q: Are you going to change the password to my game account?
A: No. We will not under any circumstances change the password to your account. If you find that the password to your account has been changed by person other than you, please contact us immediately.

Understandably, we realize that you would like to play with your completed character as soon as possible, but do allow us to properly inspect your character for discrepancies and take the final screen shots before handover. Should the password change before any handovers, any claims will not be entertained.
