› I traded with the supplier but did not receive any gold, why is this happening ?
If your character is in the middle of crafting or trading with a vendor, and were to release a “This player is busy” signal to the supplier who is attempting to trade with your character, please check if there is a gold amount in the trade screen before accepting trade.
There is a bug that would cause the gold traded to disappear if a trade were to be made under such conditions. If you do not see a gold amount in the trade box, please cancel trade immediately and request for the seller to initiate trade again.
› I see the “Add to Cart” icon, does that mean i will receive my order immediately after I place a purchase ?
OffGamers does not hold any stock on hand, the currencies and items on sale are the inventories of partners who have registered as official OffGamers sellers. Once an order is processed, delivery will be made within the ETA stated for each product.
For face to face deliveries the ETA countdown will begin upon the customer's contact on Live chat, informing us the duration he/she will be ingame. Please do contact our Live chat immediately after purchase so that we can open the buyback to our registered sellers.
› I was informed that due to some unforeseeable circumstances, there will be a delay in my order delivery, how do I ensure that once the stock is in my order will be fulfilled ?
In order to fulfill your order as soon as we can, please contact us on Live Support an inform us when you will be ingame. We will schedule for our registered sellers to login at the time to trade with your character.
In the event that our registered sellers are not able to meet you, please schedule another contact time on Live Support. Please ensure that you are able to login to game once you have provided the contact time.
Otherwise, you can also provide us with a number that can be reached at anytime. We will attempt to call as soon as we have the stock at hand, and may call at odd hours to arrange a delivery. We understand that it is an inconvenience to you but understand that we are attempting to fulfill your order according to the priority of the back order. This way the ingame currency reserved for your order, will not be release to the next order in queue.
Ingame currency inventories are held and delivered by our registered sellers.
› How do I prepare my character for power leveling and when will it start ?
• Please do not log into your account for a minimum of 12 hours prior to you placing a power leveling order. This is to allow the IP logs to reset before our levelers start work on your account.
• Valuables: All items in your account will be safe. At the same time, we also suggest moving anything of value to you to a different character or different account for safe-keeping.
• Let your friends and guild mates know that you will be away and a friend/relative will be playing on your account. You may also choose to put them in your ignore list throughout the course of the power leveling.
Kindly take note that the actual starting time of power leveling would take about 1 to 12 hours after submission. The purpose of this time buffer is to allow the levelers time to arrange your character into their leveling time slots and also to lower the risk of your account getting flagged by the gamemaker, as the sudden change of IP might pose as a threat.
Note: Orders placed during server maintanence times will be submitted after the server maintanence.
› What is the duration of power leveling ?
The time estimation of each power leveling is and will always be, just an approximation. Several factors may affect the extent of the power leveling service, which as a result, may shorten or extend the course of the service.
Such factors include, but not limited to, server maintenance, long login/battle ground queues, class type, population imbalance for pvp, expired subscriptions, and your play-time. However, we truly understand your rush to have your account back as soon as possible. As such, we are committed to complete your leveling orders at the soonest possible time.
› Are you going to change the password to my game account ?
No. We will not under any circumstances change the password to your account. If you find that the password to your account has been changed by person other than you, please contact us immediately.
Understandably, we realize that you would like to play with your completed character as soon as possible, but do allow us to properly inspect your character for discrepancies and take the final screen shots before handover. Should the password change before any handovers, any claims will not be entertained.
› I am purchasing Perfect World Cubits for the first time, how is delivery made ?
Upon placing the order ensure that you have entered your character name correctly, note that Perfect World character names are case sensitive.
Once your order has been processed our delivery agents will login to the game and make delivery via the in-game mailing system.
› How much in-game currency is OffGamers holding in its inventory ?
OffGamers has changed its business model to connecting suppliers and buyers effectively turning into a service platform, so we no longer hold a stock inventory for in-game currency.
› I have a special request, can the in-game currency ordered be deposited into a guild bank ?
Certain special request can be entertained, please contact our Live Chat operators to check if your conditions for delivery can be met.

On the website we have separated our services by tabs. Clicking on the Buy service tab. Under Buy our services are listed out into three categories, they are:
- Game Currency
- Power Leveling
- Game Card
Game Currency
This section lists the games that we provide currency on. Select the game that you wish to buy currency on and select your region/server/faction. Upon adding you currency package of choice to cart, a pop up menu will appear.
Select your delivery choice, key in your character name. The in game time refers to the period in which you will login to game after placing your order.
The in game duration refers to the number of hours your character will be on-line after logging in. Please ensure that the information and character name entered is exact. As our registered sellers will be contacted on your login time and delivery will be made within the duration that your character is in game.
Power Leveling
Click on the game of your choice, under the Power Leveling service, we have a variety of character level, profession and miscellaneous options available. Browse the packages and select one which most appeals to you.
When placing the order please fill in all the required fields. Remember to read the Power Leveling terms of service before adding the product package to cart.
For World of Warcraft we have an additional feature incorporated into our website to assist our customers in keeping track with their character's status. Add to cart
Products that can be added to cart will be delivered well within the ETA stated. ETA countdown will begin from the Stated In game time or time of first contact on Live Support.
Pre-orders
Pre-orders are open for games products that are about to launch, depending on the availability of the product pre-orders opening dates will vary.
Out of stock
In the event that our registered sellers or partners have discontinued providing services for a particular server or game, it will be listed as out of stock.
Please do check back within 48 hours for updates on the product status.
Protection Plan: Power leveling
OffGamers understands that there is an inherent risk when a customer places an order for Power Leveling, although we have implemented mechanisms to minimize the risk to account under our care, there are still external factors that may cause unwanted complications to an account.
As an added layer of protection we always advise our customers to provide us with new account to Power Level reducing the risk to established characters, we have also introduced the Power Leveling Protection Plan.
The Power Leveling protection plan is a selectable option available for selected packages, it aim is to add an additional level of safety when Power Leveling your account.

Currency packages: Please contact Live Support or e-mail support@offgamers.com to lodge your complaints or feedbacks. We do take all complaints and feedbacks seriously, please allow us 24 hours to respond. All complaints and feedbacks are treated on a case by case basis.
Power Leveling packages: We are constantly strive to maintain a standard of quality when working on your account, in view of this objective we have released our Power Leveling Service Guarantee to ensure that our work is always above and beyond satisfactory.
Game Card: In the event that your CD Keys/Game Points are un-readable or returns an error message please:
- Check if the codes are entered in the correct URL. If you are unsure click on the Product Image to locate the registration or top-up link.
- Retry the codes in a different combinations as some letters and numbers are sometimes printed in a similar fashion i.e 1 (one) may look like an l (lower case L).
- In the case of time cards or game points, if you receive the error that the time card or game point is in use, check if your subscription has been updated via your game account billing information page.
If an error still persists please login to the Game Code Submission Page.Fill out the selection field and submit the form. All complaints and feedbacks are treated on a case by case basis and a response will be received within 24 hours.
Important when e-mailing an issue please include:
- The images are saved in .jpeg format.
- Screenshot 1 must contain an image of the Game website URL and the Error message received.
- Screenshot 2 must contain an image of the order history page showing the code(s).

› Buying Practice
When placing an order please always ensure that all details provided are 100% accurate.
Check your Region and Server details. To ensure that your have not placed an order for the wrong region or server and wasted hours waiting for our seller who is on a different region.
Ensure that your character name provided is as per your character's name in game..Some games may allow the same name spelt in different formats e.g. Amazon or 4mazon, to ensure that we do not unwittingly arrange delivery of your order to another player. There will be no compensation provided if our registered sellers were to make delivery to the wrong character due to the spelling provided in the order form.
Note down your order number, it can be easily found in the order history section of your OffGamers Account.
Contact Live Support once your order is processed to initiate the order ETA countdown.
Always provide a valid contact number that can be reached 24/7. This way we can complete the delivery of an urgent order in a timely manner.
Once you have contacted Live Support, we will release the order to our registered sellers, who will then submit a request to fulfill your order.
Once the submission is received, depending on the delivery selection we will arrange a trade with the buyer.
