I just wanted to let you guys know you are by far the most reliable and fast around. I recently purchased a Burning Crusade CD key and 500 Gold. I was lenient on purchasing from yet ANOTHER site because I had previously bought the 500 Gold on IGE and Still have yet to receive it. The Key I also bought on Gamersloot.net and they sent me an already used CD key, upon trying to ask them to reimburse me or send me another one they just said it was already used and stopped talking to me. Fearing that I might be conned out of even more money on your site as well, I contacted live support after only a few hours about my order for the CD key, within minutes Viijay answered my question and said everything was fine, he even sped up the process and within the next few moments I received a working key. The gold I ordered was delivered in under 25 hours on a high population server which is amazing seeing as, it's been 3 weeks and still no word from IGE.com. You guys are great! Thanks again.

In a very precise and professional manner, Alice W. answered all of my questions, searched the database for my details, and gave instructions on where to meet an agent for a Face-to-Face transaction.
This experience with your service and support structure has completely blown me away.
It is unfortunate that the initial package was intercepted...I still can't belive it happened to me. Because of this bust, I felt like my days of purchasing virtual goods were over.
