Let me tell you my experience with online services regarding world of warcraft.
Started buying gold from wowmine.. Good at start then terrible a few months later... They lie about their stock and a mere 500 gold order took 4 days to deliver.
Bought a powerleveling service form wicked trades. Scammed me hard. took a month to get to level 40 and order marked as completed. Only got my refund after Google Checkout involved twice to solve the dispute.
When the Wotlk came out and was sold out in Saudi Arabia in a mere 2 hours from release I tried online sites to get the key since the download is working... Found Gmbar who said they have plenty in stock and delivery will be immediately... after placing the order I verified with online support and when they made sure the payment is made they went offline... Sent dozen of messages and I told myself its probably due to high traffic... I waited until the next morning but nothing delivered and couldn't reach support... So a dispute was made via paypal to refund which they did.
Now comes offgamers.
I was researching trying to find the best site to provide cd key... found your site and unlike most other sites you can be reached by phone... Made a call to the UK number and got an answer after 3 beeps... The dude was polite and friendly... I asked him if they got stock and I wanted to buy the EU wotlk cd key... he said yes but due to heavy traffic the order will be delivered a bit late. I asked "how late?" he said something from 2 to 3 hours... I said ok since I was at work and I expect it to be ready when I get home.... So I went out for a cigarette and when I came back a saw a new email... The order was completed!!... I was like "Oh??"... I saw a link to a your site and went into my account there it was... The CD Key came in just the time it takes to smoke a cigarette.... then I thought "Umm.. I heared some people saying that they were once scammed and given a used CD Key".. I couldn't wait to get home to verify so i called my brother and gave him my WoW account info and CD Key and told him to upgrade my account... He did and the sweet message ((Your Account has been Successfully Upgraded))... I was like "WooHoo" in the office.
The bottom line is... I truly appreciate the outstanding work being done by Offgamers staff and their professional and quick action... Reminds me of what I read when i read in some car dealership workshop ((To ALJ staff: Promise Less and Give More)).
A million thanks to you guys.. Now my dream of creating a Death Knight has come true.. and it couldn't come true without you guys... YOU MADE SOMEONE VERY HAPPY

I'd like to commend you for your "Pro leveling" product. It's awesome, finally a power leveling company that doesn't use bots, but quests, when leveling. I will be a returning customer. Gonna get you guys to "Pro level" a priest =P
I hope you will be including a crafting profession to into the "Pro leveling" product, as that is the only "downside" with the product. This is the first time I've felt safe using a power leveling company to level a character.

I recently made 2 purchases from offgamers.com yesterday for the Guild Wars game, one for 100 platinum and the next for 500 platinum (Orders 1439650 & 1439519) . I have been the victim of scams from other websites before, such as ige.com - where they took my money but delivered by items months later, if even at all. This is why the first purchase I made was the smallest amount available, to test out your website.
Your company delivered my platinum to me EXACTLY when you said you would. There was even a slight problem on my end, and your employee did not even hesitate to call me at my home to help me out. And he spoke decent English to top it off!
To take an order like mine and have it processed, verified, and delivered in under a half-hour is almost shocking to me. You didn't take days, weeks, months, or even hours to get it to me; You didn't give me any kind of excuses as to why it would be late or why you couldn't deliver the platinum - Your employee simply came online to the game, told me where to meet him, and handed the platinum to me. All of this happened just like CLOCKWORK.
I could not have been more pleased with your company - a safe transaction, a fair price, excellent delivery and customer service - your company has got it all. I regularly buy quite a lot of platinum for my Guild Wars character, and based upon your actions yesterday, I will be buying every single piece from your company from now on.

I really dont usually type these kinds of reviews, but I strongly stronglt strongly recommend Offgamers. Very cheap, and much more simple. Instead of running down to your local gameshop on a rainy day, stay home, order a gamecard and get the code delivered in 5 minutes! I have never used these kinds of services, but after this I will.
