I had an issue with two codes I purchased and I went through the process to get the issue fixed. After talking with a 4 people in 24/7 live support I finally came across a person that actually cares that offgamers customers get their issues solved and fixed!
lawrenz is by far the best live support person I've ever dealt with from any merchant online, he did everything as promised and made sure that my issue was solved in the time frame promised. I do not think the process of getting my issue fixed would have gone nearly as smoothly without him. Any customer will be lucky to have him support them in their issues.

I met the supporter Lawrence...
Lawrence is the nicest supporter i've ever met, very professional, and the thing i like about him is that hes not like "Formal Robots" he is a friendly supporter, he even told me he wanted to be a nice supporter, not like the robot-kind supporters.
I've always been a little worried about my game when i bought illegal wow gold, and no one could make me feel safe. The first two supporters i met were just like an automated robot! i could ask "i'm worried about my acc getting banned, should i be worried?" and both just said "no" ... I didnt belive it ... Now, i asked lawrence the same question but he really made me feel safe, he told me about that its alot about luck, and he have never met a customer who got banned, they only remove the bought gold. (that made me feel safe and secure).
All i'm saying is that i simply love Offgamers.com the only thing you could do better is to get your supporters to be like lawrence, forget the formal Robot support kind, that DOESNT make customers feel safe. But if we got a supporter we can talk normal with is a big + ...A supporter who uses for example slang words like "lol" and smileys like "xD" makes me feel really good
