Delivery 1. By default, delivery of ISK will be sent to your EVE Online in-game WALLET. We have enforced a number of security precautions to ensure that all transactions are secure, but there is a chance that the ISK bought may be reversed. Please be informed that if the Game Maker were to take it upon themselves to reverse the transactions made, we are in no way responsible for the loss, and are unable to provide any sort of compensations in this matter.
2. ALTERNATE, PRIVATE ITEM EXCHANGE DELIVERY METHOD If you prefer a more secure transaction of ISK into your character, we recommend that you create a Private Contract in game:
Notify us by entering the following at the character name section during checkout:
[Your Character Name] - PIE
Our agent will contact you in game when stock becomes available. Through the game, we will present you our character name which you will put in your Private Contract.
Contract --> Create Contract --> Item Exchange --> Private --> Enter Our Character Name
NOTE: If you provided only the character name during the checkout process, we will assume that the ISK is to be delivered via the default method of delivery
