GlobalCollect Checkout:
GlobalCollect has been known to act up on occasions on OffGamers, customers who do encounter failed transactions using credit cards via GlobalCollect are encouraged to follow the steps listed here.
Meanwhile customers are still able to checkout using their credit cards via Paypal and Moneybookers.
Maestro Card Users:Due to the complications Globalcollect is currently facing with the processing of payments made via Maestro Card, we have reactivated the option for you to make payments with your Maestro Card via RBS WorldPay. All Eve Online ISK will be made via 'Private Item Exchange Delivery Method' by default, and the 'In-Game Wallet' delivery method will not be available anymore. All orders will require a contract to be made in-game prior to delivery.
1. Private Item Exchange Delivery Method
For a secure transaction of ISK into your character, please create a Private Contract in game:
• Notify us when you are online in the game.
• We will contact you when the ISK is available.
• Through the game, our agent will present to you the character name which you will put in your Private Contract.
• Contract --> Create
• Contract --> Item Exchange --> Private --> Enter Our Character Name. Account Safety: We strongly urge our customers not to disclose any information which may jeopardize the safety of the account (e.g. passwords etc). All deliveries are strictly for trading purposes only and should you encounter any suspicious activities from those claiming to be delivery agents, please report this to our Live Support immediately.
