a) Provide us with your Character Name, Account Username, and Password when you 'Add to Cart'.
b) Delivery Representatives will login to the account and transfer to your character when the FlyFF Penya is ready.
c) Delivery is estimated to be made from 30 mins - 3 hrs upon order processing.

• You don't have to be waiting online for your delivery.
• FlyFF Penya will be deposited directly into your account.
• This ensures faster delivery and you may retrieve the FlyFF Penya at anytime.
• Due to possible IP conflicts, we would advise using alternate accounts to avoid your main account getting flagged.

2. Mail

FlyFF Penya to your character's mail box* is estimated to be delivered from 30 min - 3 hrs once your order is processed

*Kindly Ensure character name you provided is 100% accurate. We do not redeliver any orders sent to the wrong character.
