Q: Is it safe to use my debit card on your website?

A: Yes. Please note that if you choose to pay by debit card, the amount you charge will be put on "hold", meaning it will not be available to you once you place your order. When your order is shipped, your order total will be withdrawn from your account and the original "hold" will be voided.

Q: What information should I include with my payment?

A: Gold and Items will be delivered by trade or through the mailbox or via a mule account depending on the game that you ordered for.

Q: How long does it take for me to get the gold/items after I have made the payment?

A: Some orders may require extra verification which might cause a delay. If we need extra information from you, we will ask by e-mail. We have staffs processing orders 24 hours, 7 days a week. Delivery time starts after it has been moved into Processing.
