Terms & Conditions
1. All purchases of RM50 HighStreet 5 Cash Point Card (x2) from OffGamers during the event period (20th - 30th April 2009 ) will be eligible for the free Diamond Treasure Boxes*8 and an entry pass to join the contest.
2. The contest slogan has no word limit. Participants may submit a slogan of any length.
3. Should there be two winning slogans, the participant who submitted his/her slogan first will be declared the winner.
4. While we gladly accept multiple submissions, we ask that each slogan be unique from your previous submissions in some significant fashion. We reserve the right to reject slogans that differ only in some minor attribute from previous entries. We will gladly replace previous submissions with new entries if requested.
5. Should the participants use any copyrighted text, he/she must seek permission from the copyright holder before using that material as part of the submission.
6. The top 3 winners will be chosen by the management/organizing committee of EagleGame (M) Sdn Bhd.
7. Employees/relatives of employees of OffGamers Limited & EagleGame (M) Sdn. Bhd or anyone connected with this promotion are ineligible to participate in the contest.
8. Winners list will be announced on 11th May 2009 and the winners will be notified via email.
9. Prizes cannot be exchanged for cash or other prizes. OffGamers reserved the rights to change the prizes without notice as long as the value is equivalent or greater. The prizes are subjected to the current terms and conditions as may be imposed by OffGamers from time to time.
10. Should we be unable to contact the winners by 16th May 2009, he/she will be disqualified from the event with immediate effect.
11. Prizes will be distributed on 18th May 2009.
12. Winners who did not receive their prizes are to contact us within 7 days after the prizes have been distributed. Failure to do so will result in immediate disqualification and the prizes will go to the next in line.
