Terms & Conditions 1. All purchases of Last Chaos Points (LCP) from OffGamers during the event period (1st Oct - 31st Oct 2008 ) will be taken into account. 2. Employees and their respective immediate family members and persons living in their same household, are not eligible to enter the contest. 3.Winners list will be announced on the 10th Nov 2008 and the winners will be notified via email. 4. Prizes cannot be exchanged for cash or other prizes. OffGamers reserved the rights to change the prizes without notice as long as the value is equivalent or greater. The prizes are subjected to the current terms and conditions as may be imposed by OffGamers from time to time. 5. Should we be unable to contact the winners by 17th Nov 2008, he/she will be disqualified from the event with immediate effect. 6. Prizes will be distributed on the 24th Nov 2008. 7. Winners will be required to complete this form in order to claim the prizes. 8. Winners who did not receive their prizes are to contact us within 7 days after the prizes have been distributed. Failure to do so will result in immediate disqualification and the prizes will go the next line.
