To be eligible for the contest：
1. Participants must have an active OffGamers account to participate in this contest(contest entries are open to OffGamers members only).
2. Employees or agents of OffGamers and its group companies or their immediate family members are not eligible to participate or win a prize.
3. Entry forms must be completed and submitted on or before the required date. You will get a confirmation regarding your entry.
4. Complete the slogan in 20 words or less.
5. All slogans must be submitted via the entry form provided.
6. Only English and Mandarin is allowed to be used in the slogan. No other languages allowed to be mixed in the slogan.
7. Slogans must be original. (Any slogan found copyrighted, trademarked or previously used will automatically be disqualified.)
8. In the case of similar entries, the submission we received first will be taken into account.
Voucher Usage:
1. Vouchers are only valid for one order and for purchases of any game card/points.
2. Payment will be required for the remainder should the order exceed the voucher amount. Should the order be lesser than the voucher amount, no balance will be provided/refunded.
3. Vouchers cannot be exchanged/redeemed for other prizes, cash, store vouchers or any others services.
4. Vouchers are not applicable with other voucher codes.
5. OffGamers will not be liable for the loss or misplace of the vouchers codes once they have been distributed.
6. Vouchers will be valid from 18th July to 18th August 2009.
7. Voucher amounts are in equivalent to US Dollars and are subject to the day-to-day currency fluctuations. Amount redeemed will depend on the exchange rate of the redemption date.
Terms and Conditions：
1. OffGamers will retain the rights of all slogans received, not limited to publish, to distribute, to edit the contents of the articles. Slogans that are not selected will not be returned.
2. Winners list will be announced on 3rd July 2009 and the winners will be notified via email.
3. Prizes will be distributed on 17th July 2009. Should the information provided by the winner be found invalid, he/she will be disqualified from the event with immediate effect.
4. Prizes cannot be exchanged for cash or other prizes. OffGamers reserves the rights to change the prizes without prior notice as long as the value is equivalent or greater. The prizes are subjected to the current terms and conditions as may be imposed by OffGamers from time to time.
5. Upon submission of your entry you have automatically made an agreement to allow OffGamers to post or publicize the following information if you win the contest – Full Name, Slogan and the prize you won. |
