An order usually drops into the pending status if the order was completed without any payment sent. Please contact our customer service representatives to re-confirm that your account was not charged any payment. Otherwise the order will be left in the Pending status for records purposes.

OffGamers will cancel an order for the following reasons:

• Information provided is incomplete or invalid.
• Unable to verify with the parties listed.
• We are informed of an unauthorized charge.
• We are unable to fulfill an order.
• Customer requests to cancel the order.

Payment Refund
Upon order cancellation, refunds will usually be completed within 48 hours.

Store Credits
We sometimes issue store credits for promotions or in place of a refund. Store credits can have a fixed monetary value and it can be used during checkout. Store credits(when available) will be used during checkout. Your balance will show on your OffGamers Account overview section after login. Any unused balance will still valid and available for use on your next purchase.
