General Notes for All Power Leveling Products (All Games)
1. The expected time of completion is just an estimation. Should we exceed the estimated duration, we will continue until we achieve the desired results without extra charges.
2. Once your order is processed, the Power Leveling will start within a 24 hours time frame depending on your server, faction and class.
3. For PVP servers, please note that the initial ETA might be delayed due to heavy PVP activities. However we will work our best to get the order done within the stated ETA without any extra charges should we exceed the time stated.
4. Our leveling teams will be off every wednesday. All orders submitted will be started at 0000 GMT +8. Please accept our apologies for the inconveniences caused.
5. Should your character not meet the requirements of any one or more aspects of the order, we will only work and complete the aspects in which your character has met the requirements for.
- Example : The package includes leveling your first aid from level 300 - level 375. However, when you submit the account to us, your first aid is only at level 150. In this situation, we will not level your first aid as it did not meet the minimum requirement of 300
6. To minimize the risk of leveling your account, please level up your character to at least level 5 before submitting it to us. Base on experience and research, this will greatly reduce the chances of your account getting flagged by GMs.
7. Kindly take note that gold will be used to level up the chosen professions when required, especially in cases where the chosen professions do not compliment each other (e.g. Skinning + Blacksmithing, Herbalism + Jewelcrafting).
PRO LEVELING Packages (all games)
1. In cases of electricity failure, server maintenance, technical problems or other issues which are out of our control that might result in the delay of the order, our team will do their best to work things out and get the matter solved with the next 6 - 12 hours and continue their work with your order
WOW PVP Package (specifically for WOW)
1. Should your character reach the honor point limit(75,000) before we finish the order, please state what items we should redeem so we can proceed and complete your order without any overflowing issues.
PVP Orders (all games)
1. Your account will be under 1 day of testing for scenarios queues. Should there be problems joining for a scenarios (especially) on low population servers, we will cancel and refund the order to you..
