Terms & Conditions
1. All purchases Q-World 1000 Cubit, 2000 Cubit, or 4000 Cubit Cubicards from OffGamers during the event period (13th March - 2nd April 2009) will be taken into account.
2. Employees/relatives of employees of OffGamers Limited & Cubinet Interactive Sdn Bhd or anyone connected to this promotion are ineligible to participate in this contest.
3. Winner list will be announced on 6th April 2009 with verification of winners' details by OffGamers.
4. Prizes cannot be exchanged for cash or other prizes. OffGamers reserves the rights to change the prizes without notice as long as the value is equivalent or greater. The prizes are subjected to the current terms and conditions as may be imposed by OffGamers from time to time.
5. Should we be unable to contact the winners by 10th April 2009, he/she will be disqualified from the event with immediate effect.
6. Cubinet Interactive Sdn Bhd will distribute the prizes by 22nd April 2009.
7. Winners who did not receive their prizes are to contact us within 7 days after the prizes have been distributed. Failure to do so will result in immediate disqualification and the prizes will go to the next in line. |
