To charge Silk:
1. Login to Asiasoft Passport. (Requires account sign-up)
2. Select @-Cash, Top Up, Prepaid Card.
3. Enter the Serial Number and Security Code found on the card.
4. Then select ePINs Purchase, click Redeem "SilkRoad Online ePIN Purchase".
5. After accepting the Terms and Conditions, confirm the amount of Silk you intend to purchase, and copy the ePIN generated.
6. Go to item mall (login necessary), Silk Charge.
7. Click "Silk Charge" after accepting the Item Mall User Agreement.
8. Select "@-Cash" in the P.P Card(ePIN) section and click "Make Payment".
9. Enter the ePin and Serial Number you received and click "Make Payment".
Return Policy:
Any form of CD Key, Time Card, Expansion, Game Points, Pre-paid Card, Trial/Beta/Item Code viewed from your account history is neither refundable nor exchangeable.
