a) Provide us with your Character Name, Account Username, and Password when you 'Add to Cart'.
b) Delivery Representatives will login to the account and transfer to your character when the SOF Gold is ready.
c) Delivery is estimated to be made from 30 mins - 3 hrs upon order processing.
