› How do i arrange for trade after placing a buyback order ?
Once your order is placed, we will be providing you with our Character name on your buyback history module. Please kindly have your character logged into the game and ready for trade before you place your order so that we may expedite the process much more easily.

Guidelines
All sellers will now be transferring their in-game currencies directly to our customers.
- Selling: When your buyback order is placed and a Face-to-Face delivery is required, we will contact the customer to arrange for delivery. Should the customer be unable to get online, we will notify you when the customer will be able to get online. Sellers are also required to provide valid MSN or Telephone numbers so that we can easily contact you to setup the trade.
- Trading: Once customer is online, we will provide the required character names for the seller to identify and complete the trade process with the buyers. Sellers must ensure that Buyer is not returning the "this player is busy" signal. As there is a possibility that the trade may fail and the currency dissapears under such conditions. Please cancel the trade window and reopen trade if you were to receive the busy signal from a player.
- Screenshots:Sellers are required to take the necessary screenshots (before/after trade, trade logs) and submit them through the Screenshot Uploader feature on out website. Once the customer has confirmed the receipt of goods, payment for your buyback order will be processed.
- In-Game Mail:Game currencies that are delivered through in game mail system are to be delivered once the character name is provided and the required before/after screenshots submitted through the Screenshot Uploaderfeature on out website.
