All sellers will now be transferring their in-game currencies directly to our customers.
Guidelines1) Selling: When your buyback order is placed and a Face-to-Face delivery is required, we will contact the customer to arrange for delivery. Should the customer be unable to get online, we will notify you when the customer will be able to get online.
2) Trading: Once customer is online, we will provide the required PIN codes and character names for the seller and buyer to identify each other and complete the trade process.
3) Screenshots: Sellers are required to take the necessary screenshots (before/after trade, trade logs) and submit them to
buyback@offgamers.com. Once the customer has confirmed the receipt of goods, payment for your buyback order will be processed.
4) In-Game Mail: Game currencies that are delivered through in game mail system are to be delivered once the character name is provided and the required before/after screenshots submitted to
buyback@offgamers.com.
