How To Redeem Your SD Rewards?
1. Login to iPoint website at www.ipoint.com.my, click on iPoint Member Login button and key in your iPoint member ID and Password.
2. Click on the [Shattered Dimension / HE ONLINE] logo to proceed.
3. Select the Game Type (SD ONLINE); Game Account (SD Game Account that you wish to redeem your rewards) and Service Type (Reward Redemption).
4. After the 3 options mentioned above had been selected, Prize Redemption Area menu will appear. Enter the Prize Serial Number and Prize Password obtained from the event in the column, select the server and click on [CONFIRM] button. Attention: You must logged out from your HE Online Game Account before you can make redemption through the iPoint Website.
5. Double check the Game Account ID, Prize name and Prize Serial Number. Click [Confirm] button to proceed.
6. After the redemption is successful, a message will be shown; you can login to the game play and check your TS Trading City’s storage bin now.

- Set/Update your Regional Settings (Country, Currency & Language).
- View/Update the item(s) in your shopping cart or Checkout and make payment.
