1. Face-To-Face Trade

a) Delivery is estimated to be made from 1 - 12 hrs once we have confirmed that you are in the game.
b) Please contact our Live Support once you are ready to login to the game. We will be sourcing the gold for your order immediately.
c) Delivery will be made at the following locations:
• Alliance: Goldshire
• Horde: Ratchet

2. Put in My Account

a) Provide us with your Character Name, Account Username, and Password in the comment box during checkout.
b) Delivery Representatives will login to the account and transfer to your character when the gold is ready.
c) Delivery is estimated to be made from 1 - 12 hrs upon order processing.

This ensures faster delivery and you may retrieve the gold at anytime. Due to possible IP conflicts, we would advise using alternate accounts to avoid your main account getting flagged.

3. In-Game Mail Delivery

a) Delivery is estimated to be made from 1 - 12 hrs once we have the stock ready.
b) Please confirm your Character Name during checkout.
c) Delivery of Perfect World Gold will be delivered to you via the in-game mailbox.
d) Please note that there is an inherent risk that the Gold may be confiscated by Blizzard. We will not schedule a redeliver in such cases.

Note: The ETA for deliveries of gold is just an estimate and may be delayed due to unforeseen circumstances that are out of our control. However, be rest assured that we will do our best to get the gold for your in the soonest time possible.
