1. Put in My Account ^{Shopper's Choice}

a) Provide us with your Character Name, Account Username, and Password when you 'Add to Cart'.
b) Delivery Representatives will login to the account and transfer to your character when the WOW Gold US is ready.
c) Delivery is estimated to be made from 1 - 24 hrs upon order processing.

• You don't have to be waiting online for your delivery.
• WOW Gold US will be deposited directly into your account.
• This ensures faster delivery and you may retrieve the WOW Gold US at anytime.
• Due to possible IP conflicts, we would advise using alternate accounts to avoid your main account getting flagged.
• Trial accounts are not accepted. Only fully activated accounts are able to conduct trade in-game.

2. Face-To-Face Trade

a) Delivery is estimated to be made from 1 - 24 hrs once we have confirmed that you are in the game.
b) Please contact our Live Support once you are ready to login to the game. We will be sourcing the WOW Gold US for your order immediately.
c) Delivery will be made at the following locations:
- Alliance: Goldshire
- Horde: Ratchet

• Trading in-game eliminates the chances of getting banned or flagged.
• Time will be required to arrange delivery with our suppliers.
• Please ensure that you will be online and ready to receive a delivery at anytime within the delivery time frame.

Should we be unable to contact you to arrange a delivery for 72 hours, we will have to cancel your order and refund the undelivered gold to you in store credits.
