BEWARE OF SCAMS! Our OffGamers registered sellers will never ask a customer to return goods once they have been traded. If a person were to contact your character in-game and inform that the goods traded were for another customer, or any other reason: - DO NOT RETURN THE GOODS no matter what the reason was. - Set him/her to your ignore list. - take a screenshot of the conversation and send the details over to our customer support.
Always verify with our customer support if you were approached to return a trade by a person or persons claiming to be affiliated with OffGamers, they could be looking to scam you out of your purchases. |
1. Face-to-Face TradeHow it works...a) Submit only your character name when you "Add to Cart"
b) Inform us when you are ready to login with your character through the Delivery Request form and we will start sourcing for your order.
c) When your in-game currency is ready, our agents will contact you in the game
d) Bring your character to the following location to perform the trade:
Alliance: Stormwind
Horde: RatchetBenefits...a) It is safe and secure to trade in game.
Notesa) Face-to-Face Trade significantly increases delivery time because of the overhead that is needed to arrange for a meet up in the game.
b) Please ensure that you are online and ready to receive delivery at any time within the delivery time frame.
c) All efforts will be made to contact you to arrange for delivery. However, should we fail to do so within 72 hours, your order will be canceled and your undelivered gold refunded to you in store credits.
2. Put in My Account
How it works...
a) Provide us with your Character Name, Account Username, and Password in the comment box during checkout.
b) Delivery Representatives will login to the account and transfer to your character when the gold is ready.
c) Delivery is estimated to be made from 1 - 12 hrs upon order processing.
d) Please leave your character at the following locations:
Alliance: Stormwind
Horde: Ratchet
Benefits...
a) Our delivery agents will login to your account through a special console without ever exposing your account credentials and transfer the in-game currency into your account.
b) You will be notified by email whenever a transfer is made.
c) You do not have to be online for the delivery.
d) in-game currency will be deposited directly into your account without any actions from your part
Notes
a) Due to possible IP conflicts, we advise using alternate accounts
b) Trial accounts cannot be used for this purpose. Only fully activated accounts are able to accept trades in-game.
Please be reminded that logging into your account after your order is processed might interfere with the delivery process as our delivery agents might be logging in at the same time to have the goods deposited into your account. To ensure that the delivery of your goods are handled smoothly, please refrain from logging in until your order is completed.
Important Notice
All deliveries are strictly for trading purposes only
› No other transactions will be conducted in game. Trading is conducted for delivery of your gold order only.
› We will never ask you for any other information in-game. Do not disclose any information which may jeopardize the safety of your account (e.g. passwords etc).
› We do not perform any advertising in-game by sending whispers to players or via any chat channels.
Should you encounter any of the above from our delivery agents, or any one claiming to be from OffGamers conducting any suspicious activities, please report this to our
Live Support immediately. Please provide us with the character ID, time the act was done and also details of the conversation when doing so.
In addition, you may also add the player into your ignore list and report the matter to the GMs. Reporting such an issue will not in anyway compromise your account or get your account flagged for buying gold.
