Dear customers, of late we have been receiving a lot of complaints about accounts submitted for powerleveling being locked. There has been an increase of WoW players having their account hacked and we believe that the game maker is being extra vigilant and are tracking any suspicious activities, such as log-in IP change.
If you find that your account is locked. Accessing battle net and changing your password will unlock the account. Please also Do Not access your account after resubmitting it for powerleveling. As the game maker may lock the account a second time.
Note: Account security has been a hot topic lately. Ensure that your battle.net account password is not the same as your personal e-mail password. It’s immensely important that everyone use separate passwords for separate applications, including games. Secure passwords have both numeric and alphabetical values, and are usually at least 10 characters in length.
