Trading Guidelines
1) Meeting Points:
Once you have placed your order, please kindly proceed or have your character ready at the designated trading locations(
Alliance - Goldshire ; Horde - Ratchet).
2) Party group:
Please kindly confirm the Character we show in your order and invite our Character into party.
3) Trading:
Request Trade with our character and please ensure that the amount traded to the character name provided is 100% accurate. Make sure the Buyback Status is
'Pending' before proceeding to trade and DO NOT trade any gold if the Buyback Status is already
'Cancel'. Check with our Character if they can see the gold in the trade box before initiating the trade (this method avoids Blizzard trading operation bug). Kindly remember to take the screenshot of the trade process until the trade is completed.
Your first screenshot has to have the required fields, please kindly refer to our example below:
4) Trade Completion:
Floating text will appear with the words
'Trade Complete' after clicking on 'trade' thus completing the process. Once the transfer is complete, remember to fill in the
[Qty Delivered] box, and also Upload the screenshot. You are require to inform the gold recipient by inserting this phrase in the chatbox "Do not trade back the gold to anyone at all cost, which includes me as well". You may send any extra screenshots to our mailbox:
support.cn@offgamers.com.

5) Notes:
- Please confirm the character name before initiating contact or trade. Our character name is provided clearly on your order statement. Do check the character name provided with the character name in-game beforehand.
- Should you suspect any character trying to act as an OffGamers trading character, please kindly use the '/ignore' command(i.e. /ignore swindler) to prevent any complications and during the trade with our trading character.
- Should any problems or errors occur before/during/after the trade, the screenshots taken will be used as proof to review the situation. Should the screenshots provided be inconclusive (not according to the guidelines shown above), complaints will not be entertained.
- During trade, trash items will be used as the object of trade for the gold. Confirm trade only when the trash item is included in the trade window.
- Remember to inform the gold recipient not to return the gold to anyone by including this message "Do not trade back the gold to anyone at all cost, which includes me as well" after the trade is done.
The above guidelines are to ensure that all trade goes on smoothly without any problems from scammers posing as our trading characters. Please do follow the guidelnes above to take the necessary screenshots.
