We are proud to introduce the all new power leveling protection plan for your World of Warcraft account that is being power-leveled by us. This plan is currently being offered for selected power leveling packages only.
We have introduced 3 new different plans to accommodate to different levels of account protection.
1. Basic Plan
2. Standard Plan
3. Deluxe Plan
Basic Plan
1. All our Gold and Platinum customers is by default covered by this plan and are not required to pay the premium charged.
2. Members Silver status and below will be charged a premium of 30% of the original package price under the Basic Plan.
3. This plan covers:-
Account Suspension
a. We will partially refund the order on the remaining unfinished levels or work.
b. Premium paid will not be refunded.
Account Banned
a. We will compensate 1 Cdkey and 1 TBC (only If applicable).
b. We will partially refund the order on the remaining unfinished levels or work.
c. Premium paid will not be refunded.
Successful Order Completion
a. Premium paid will not be refunded.
Standard Plan
1.All Gold and Platinum customer have the choice to change the default Basic Plan to the Standard Plan. The premium will be charged if this Plan is selected.
2.The premium charged for the Standard Plan is 100% of the price of the package.
3.This plan covers:-
Account Suspension
a. We will partially refund the order on the remaining unfinished levels or work if customer do not wish to resume work -OR-
b. We can resume work on the order. This is upon the decision of the customer.
c. Premium will not be refunded if customer opts for a partial refund.
Account Banned
a. We will compensate 1 Cdkey and 1 TBC (only if applicable).
b. We will partially refund the order on the remaining unfinished levels or work if customer do not wish to relevel -OR-
c. We will relevel his new account (up to a maximum of 2 more attempts). This is upon the decision of the customer.
d. If the account gets banned on the 2nd attempt, we will compensate 1 Cdkey and 1 TBC (only if applicable) and partially refund the order based on the last attempt's unfinished levels or work.
e. Premium paid will not be refunded.
Successful Order Completion
a. 100% of the premium will be refunded.
Deluxe Plan
1.All Gold and Platinum customer have the choice to change the default Basic Plan to the Deluxe Plan. The premium will be charged if this Plan is selected.
2.The premium charged for the Deluxe Plan is 200% of the price of the package.
3.This plan covers:-
Account Suspension
a. We will compensate 1 Cdkey and 1 TBC (only if applicable) – if customer do not wish to resume work.
b. We will fully refund 100% of the package price + 50% of the premium price if customer do not wish to resume work -OR-
c. We can resume work on the order. This is upon the decision of the customer.
Account Banned
a. We will compensate 1 Cdkey and 1 TBC (only if applicable)
b. We will partially refund the order on the remaining unfinished works if customer do not wish to relevel -OR-
c. We will relevel his new account (until the order is completed). This is upon the decision of the customer.
d. If customer wish to cancel and get a partial refund, we will partially refund the unfinished works and 50% of the premium.
Successful Order Completion
a. 100% of the premium will be refunded
How the compensation works.
If account banned and your plan covers a compensation of Cdkey and TBC (only if applicable), we will:-
Step 1 : Issue you the new Cdkey and TBC (only if applicable).
Step 2 : You will create a new account using the cdkeys.
• Please use a completely different set of information when registering the new account so as not to create a link between the new account and the previously banned account.
• Create a completely new set of information, ranging from : a new e-mail address, name, billing address, phone number, credit card information, account username, character name etc.
Step 3 : Resubmit the new account back to OffGamers and we will have our power-levelers work on the new account.
• The initial time to level up your character again will be longer than the stated original ETA so as not to attract any unnecessary attention from the Game Maker.
Terms and Conditions:
1.The Protection Plan only covers account closure resulting from power-leveling of the character .
2.This Plan is only available for a few selected WOW power-leveling packages. More will be added in the future.
3.If it is proven that the reason for account closure is due to actions of account's owner, the Protection Plan will be voided. There will be no compensations and premiums will not be refunded.
4.Should the account submitted get banned and be found to have been suspended before the insured order was made, the Protection Plan will be considered void, and there will be no compensations or refund of the premium.
Q&A:
1. After my account is banned, can I get a refund instead of you continuing with the power-leveling?
Yes. If you would prefer that, please do refer to the different plan coverages as the amount of partial refund may vary from plan to plan.
2. Does the plan cover the value of the other characters in the account that has been banned?
No. The Protection Plan only covers the character that is being powerleveled and therefore, we will always recommend that you always submit a new account for power-leveling.
3. If my account was never banned during the course of power-leveling, do I get my premium back?
There will not be any premium refunds for our Basic Plan. However there will be a 100% refund for the Standard Plan and the Deluxe Plan
4. Is signing up for this plan compulsory?
No. You have the option to add this plan to your package before adding it to cart. However, it is highly recommended to purchase the available protection plans (for packages that are offered) as a ward against any unforseen circumstances.
5. Why is only the Gold and Platinum customers offered the Basic Plan? Why not other members?
As our customers advance to a higher membership tier, they are open to more priviledges. This is one of the many perks that we offer to our premium customers.
