We are proud to introduce the power leveling protection plan for your World of Warcraft account that is being power-leveled by us. This protection is currently being offered for selected power leveling packages only.
1. All our customers who have purchased the selected power leveling packages are covered by this protection by default and are not required to pay any premium charges.
2. This plan covers:
I) Account Banned
› The order will be refunded in partial / full.
› A CD Key for WOW Classic, TBC, WOTLK and/or Cataclysm will be compensated (whichever that is applicable).
II) Account Suspended
› The order will be partially or fully refunded according to the progress made and requirements met.
› A compensation of USD $20.00 worth of Store Credits will be made.
III) Account Hacked
(a) Unable to rollback
› Character(s) will be geared up accordingly as they were (Only applies to the character leveled by us).
› A compensation of Gold or Store Credits worth up to USD $100.00 will be made.
(b) Able to rollback
› Work will be resumed.
› A compensation of Gold or Store Credits worth up to USD $100.00 will be made.
IV) Use of Bots / Misuse of Account For Trading / Misuse of Account For Advertising Purposes
(a) Account Banned
› The order will be refunded in full.
› A CD Key for WOW Classic, TBC and/or WOTLK will be compensated (whichever that is applicable).
› A compensation for 100% of the order price will be made.
(b) Account Suspended
› The order will be refunded in full.
› A compensation for 100% of the order price will be made.
(c) Account Not Suspended Or Banned
› Order will be submitted to a different team of levelers;
-OR-
› The order will be refunded in full.
› A compensation for 100% of the order price will be made.
V) Late Delivery Of Order
› A compensation of USD $10.00 will be made up front.
› Additional compensation of USD $10.00 will be made for each subsequent day if we fail to deliver the order.
VI) Delivered But Package Incomplete
› A compensation of USD $10.00 will be made up front.
› Work will be resumed and an additional compensation of USD $10.00 will be made for each extra day spent;
-OR-
› A compensation of Gold or Store Credits equivalent to the unfinished work will be made.
VII) Lost Items
› A compensation of USD $10.00 will be made up front.
› A compensation of Gold or Store Credits equivalent to the lost items will be made.
VIII) Logging Into Other Characters
› A compensation of USD $10.00 will be made up front.
› A compensation of Store Credits equivalent to the losses incured (if any) will be made.
IX) Levelers Involved In Activities/Behavior Contrary To The "Essence" Of WOW
› A compensation of USD $10.00 will be made up front.
› A compensation of Store Credits equivalent to the losses incured (if any) will be made.
X) Levelers Make Known To Other Players That Your Account Is Being Leveled By A Third Party
› A compensation of USD $10.00 will be made up front.
› A compensation of Store Credits equivalent to the losses incured (if any) will be made.
