Respawn Entertainment posted a tweet on their official Twitter account stating that the game has reached 50 million players. It is quite an impressive considering the fact that the free-to-play game started only weeks ago. Apex Legends was released on February 4, and it was able to attain 10 million players within 72 hours. Additionally, it reached 1 million concurrent players in that time, and dethroning Fortnite’s single day viewership record on Twitch about a week later.
