The announcement came from Nintendo of America’s official twitter with a tweet of Square Enix’s tactical RPG making its debut on North America this year.

The rumor that a special edition for the game was also confirmed when a second tweet showed off the Colletor’s Edition of Bravely Second: End Layer, available for pre-ordering. The special edition will include the game, a 250-page art book, and also a CD soundtrack from the game.

In addition to that, Nintendo of America also announced that a demo of Bravely Second will also be available before the game’s release. The demo is said to have “a unique story” that’s separate from the game and comes with StreetPasses bonuses that will carry over to the full game.

The demo, titled “Bravely Second: End Layer – The Ballad of the Three Cavaliers,” is rumored to be quite massive and will last over ten hours. No details yet as to when the demo will be made available on Nintendo’s eShop, but it’s safe to assume it’ll drop before the full game’s release on April 15th.

Bravely Second: End Layer takes place in the same as universe Bravely Default and is set two years after the events of the first game. Players will follow the story of Tiz Arrior while exploring the land of Luxendaric. With the same battle system as the previous, gamers can expect plenty of in-depth mechanics making its return to Bravely Second: End Layer.
