God of War 4 Leaks Shows The Series Using Norse Mythology
Nerdleaks has managed to grab a hold of leaked artworks (which is now viewable in NeoGaf) for the upcoming God of War 4 from Sony Santa Monica Studios.
News of the leaks started when famed industry insider Shinobi602 tweeted out messages about the yet-to-be-revealed God of War 4 and referencing Norse mythology in his tweets.

The leaked images (which you can see a few below) shows off new locales and a slightly different looking Kratos that’s sporting a full beard and wielding an axe instead of his iconic Blades of Chaos.
The leak does not indicate if the axe is his main weapon or just an additional weapon that he’ll use throughout the game. To see more of the leaked God of War 4 images, head over to NeoGaf’s thread page.
As of right now, there has not been any official statement from Sony Santa Monica regarding the leaks and its validity. But, given how detailed these images are, it is possible that these could be actual artwork for God of War 4.
For now, we’ll just have to wait until more information appears. Stay tuned with OffGamers for updates.
