More than 4,500 Review On Batman Arkham Knight

The recently launched Batman: Arkham Knight is disappearing from the front page and featured page of the Steam game store.

On 23 June 2015, the title was hit with more than 4,500 negative reviews sparked by PC performance issues. On our previous blog post, we shared some of the positive and negative reviews on Batman: Arkham Knight. Players were unsatisfied with the game that locked the frame rate at 30 frames per second unless you edit a .ini file, and they also described numerous graphical issues. Most of the negative reviews can be found on official Steam Page.

Rocksteady Studios (Developer) took to the game’s official support forum to note that they were aware of the issues and are working closely with their external PC development partner to make sure these issues gets resolved as quickly as possible.

Players are able to ask for refunds with Steam’s new refund policy if they have played for less than two hours or within two weeks of the game’s purchase. This gives players plenty of time to test the game’s performance on your system, see if it’s satisfactory and then make the decision to either keep or return the game.
