Overwatch Dated For A May 24th Release On All Platforms

Fans will finally know when they get the multiplayer first-person shooter Overwatch by Blizzard. Announced by Blizzard on their Battle.net page, Overwatch is expected to drop for all platforms on May 24th.

Overwatch Open Beta

The open beta will go live on May 5th and run until the 9th. Thankfully, the open beta will be available on all platforms (PC, Playstation 4, and Xbox One), rather than just on the PC which is where the previous closed betas were held.

Announced back in November 2014, the competitive team-based multiplayer shooter marks the newest original IP by Blizzard in over two decades. Aside from Diablo III, Overwatch is the only other Blizzard title that will see its debut on PC and consoles at the same time. Whether it will resonate with console gamers will be determined by how the reactions are when the open beta starts on May 5th.

Overwatch is set to come on May 24th for Playstation 4, Xbox One, and PC. Pre-order the PC version at OffGamers at a discounted price today!
