PlayerUnknown’s Battlegrounds Is Steam’s 2018 Game Of The Year

PlayerUnknown’s Battlegrounds has won the Steam’s 2018 Game of the Year award.

In early December 2018, Valve has kicked off its own annual awards and the Steam community was given the opportunity to vote on several game categories highlighting some of the best games everyone was playing in that year. The result is out and here are the winners of the Steam Awards 2018:

  • Game of the Year: Playerunknown’s Battlegrounds
  • Game of the Year: The Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim VR
  • Labor of Love: Grand Theft Auto 5
  • Best Developer: CD Projekt Red
  • Best Environment: The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt
  • Better With Friends: Rainbow Six Siege
  • Best Alternate History: Assassin’s Creed Odyssey
  • Most Fun With a Machine: Rocket League
