Steam Remote Play Together Feature Is Out Today
Steam Remote Play Together has come out of beta and is now released to all users that are on Steam.
This neat feature allows both iOS and Android devices to access local Multiplayer and cross-platform play among friends across Windows, Linux, macOS, iOS, and Android. Up to four players and even more. Steam users can immediately jump in the fun, as long the host needs to install and own the game, while other players can join through Steam Remote Play streaming with their PC or the Steam Chat and Steam Link mobile apps.
To celebrate this launch, Steam is offering a Remote Play Together Sale and Streaming Event where several streamers from all over the globe sharing games utilizing Remote Play Together. Additionally, countless games that leverage the new feature are on sale until November 25th.
