Trek Support Backpack Is What Every Traveling Tech Geek Needs
Traveling with a laptop, handphone, and whatever piece of gadgetry that a tech geek has can be a hassle when you need to charge it. Luckily, there tends to be charging ports nearby, particularly when you’re stuck in an airport, heading to the next tech conference.
But what if there’s not enough power sockets nearby or you’re stuck in twelve-hour flight? Well, that’s where the Trek Support Backpack will be your lifesaver. If it ever comes to market.
The Trek Support Backpack, currently in invention stages at Quirky, is basically a removable gadget dock that can charge up to 3 devices at the same time. Tucked inside the dock is a rechargeable battery that can last up to 7 hours and given that it can be used as a power bar, you could theoretically charge multiple gadgets with a single free outlet.
The Trek Support Backpack is currently available for presale at $130 but it requires a commitment of 1,024 people in order to make the backpack a reality. If want to support the project, head over to the Quirky website and check it out.
